Eligibility:

You must be:

  • Enrolled in a PhD;
  • Hold a living stipend scholarship;
  • Not conducting research in any of the following areas:
    • Quantum
    • Compound semi-conductors
    • Superconductors
    • Photonics
    • Micro-electromechanical systems
  • Have a research question that could benefit from collaboration with research or industry partners in quantum or advanced technologies.

Selection criteria:

You application will be assessed on:

  • Strength and viability of the proposed collaboration
  • The extent to which the proposed research question and topic could benefit from collaboration with researchers, research groups, industry partners, or organisations working in quantum or advanced technologies
  • The potential for the collaboration to foster cross-disciplinary innovation and create new research opportunities
  • The extent to which the proposed collaboration will build research capability and capacity within Queensland
